"Linux Workshop" to Enhance Engineering Students' Skills

The College of Engineering at Al Ain University (Abu Dhabi campus) organized a workshop entitled “Linux” presented by student Kenan Hassan - a cyber law student, and moderated by engineer Rima Al-Masrya. The workshop aimed to increase students' experience with the operating system that drives the world's critical tasks, Debian Linux. The students learned the basics of bash scripting and explored ways Linux is used in the fields of Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Desktop Computing over the four days engagingly and interactively.
