Media Students Explore Media Innovation and Technology at Yas Creative Hub

For the first time, students from Al Ain University's College of Communication and Media at the Abu Dhabi campus visited Yas Creative Hub, including tours of the Creative Media Authority (CMA) and CNN Studios under the supervision of Dr. Farah Saboune.
Yas Creative Hub is a vibrant space where media talent and passion converge. The visit offered an incredible opportunity for AAU students to engage with the welcoming CMA team, who provided valuable insights and support at each tour stage. Students learned about CMA’s dedication to nurturing media talent, including its workshops, volunteer programs, and access to cutting-edge studios for future projects. "This visit offered a fantastic stepping stone toward greater success,” remarked Dr. Farah.
Afterward, students toured CNN Studios, where they were captivated by the production facilities and behind-the-scenes activities. They gained an introduction to CNN’s workflows, explored control rooms, and observed advanced equipment, including AI integration in their systems.
This experience added an invaluable practical dimension to the students' education, deepening the theoretical knowledge they acquire in the classroom.
